Before you create your account By creating a RegaaS account, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. RegaaS is intended for businesses and professionals. How we use your personal data VesCir Ltd., based in Taiwan, is responsible for your personal data. We process your account data to provide the service you are signing up for. This is necessary to perform our contract with you; it is not based on your consent. The Privacy Policy explains everything in full. The key points are: What we collect: your username, email address and password (stored only in hashed form), and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and company name. When you use RegaaS, we also store the label images you upload, the text extracted from them, your analysis results and history, and your messages to the AI assistant. AI processing: to produce a review, your label images, the extracted text and your assistant messages are sent to AI model providers (OpenRouter, Google and Anthropic) in the United States, outside the EU and Taiwan. We do not use your uploads to train our own models. Our servers are located in Japan. How long we keep it: until you ask us to delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to a data protection authority. You also have the rights given by Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. Email service@vescir.com from your account's email address; we reply within one month. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Marketing email is optional and separate: we email you RegaaS product news and offers only if you tick the box for it below, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
